Artikkelissa kerrotaan JCVI:n saaneen todisteita Englannin kansanterveydestä siitä, että sairaalloisen lihavilla ihmisillä on suurentunut riski komplikaatioihin ja kuolleisuus influenssaan on suurempi terveisiin yksilöihin verrattuna, joten heille tulisi antaa influenssarokoite ilmaiseksi. Rokotteen on todettu vaikuttavan hyvin. Rokotteen antaminen olisi tärkeää, sillä lihavuusepidemiaan on monimutkaista puuttua, kuten amerikkalaisen yliopiston raportissa sanottiin. The title of the news was interesting because I agree that the obesity epidemic should be intervened. I think it is a wise idea that morbidly obese people should be given free influenza vaccine. People do not necessarily take influenza vaccine easy if it costs a lot and they do not understand how much benefit from it they will get. This would influence to one of obesity's caused by the negative damage and the risk of. I hope that next winter's flu vaccine will be completed and it will be given free to obese people.
